What's your business, and who are your customers?
ExpertEase Education is an Online Academy that Provides Specialized courses by field Experts in addition to Tutoring, Exam Preparation, and Career advisory services.
Tell us about yourself
I am a Mechanical Engineer and Educator with +10 Years in engineering. During my professional journey, I have discovered that I am a great teacher and have a passion for teaching and educating. I finally decided to become a licensed teacher and practice the profession where I have taught various age groups covering subjects such as Engineering, Maths, Physics, and Science.
I have always wanted to start my project and provide quality Education that makes a difference in the lives of professionals bridging the gap between Theory and Application. That's when I decided to Launch ExpertEase Education. My Motivation stems from the pursuit of excellence, where I strive to reach my goals to get them.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My Biggest Accomplishment is establishing the academy and making a difference in the lives of our students, who have shared their gratitude and Positive feedback concerning the quality of the material provided and the high caliber that we set for premium Educational Content.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It's Multi-tasking since there is always something that needs to be done to improve the business. It's like riding a bicycle where you have to pedal continuously, or it simply falls.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a clear vision of what you are trying to achieve.
- Don't Expect Results instantly. Think about it like Planting A Tree. It might Take Years before you notice growth.
- Pivot When you Have to, markets and Trends change, and You Should be Flexible Enough to adapt to the changes.
