What's your business, and who are your customers?

I work as an executive coach with iconic leaders who want to change lives and impact the world. Powerful leadership is a team effort. My clients do great things because of the focus, inspiration, and candor they receive from other important people in their lives and me.

Tell us about yourself

Coaching is a multigenerational endeavor for me. My father was the pioneer in this new field, and I am taking the work to new heights. I find daily inspiration in the message of the ancient Stoics: live life based on simplicity, authenticity, and goodness.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Changing lives that change the world. My work has impacted individual results, organizational cultures, and company offerings.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Finding the right blend of time at work, time at play, and time exploring the planet.
