What's your business, and who are your customers?

Hamila Data Engineering is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4 and GTM configuration, and Data Visualization. We help businesses achieve their aims by leveraging the power of data-driven marketing as the saying goes, "you can't track what you don't measure." Our data-driven marketing experts are certified and experienced in using the latest tools and technologies to deliver results.

Tell us about yourself

I'm a Digital Marketing specialist with more than 7 years of experience. Everything that I got in my life, comes from my father Nadav Sinai. The knowledge he gave me was the main fundamental to starting my career and opening my business. My motivation is to build the best advertising agency in Poland, which my parents will be proud of.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

In 2022 I became officially a Google Partner as an agency and have been working with large companies like Nayax, MuseARTa, Truely, and BNP Paribas. I found amazing people that joined my team and helped me grow my business, especially my marketing manager Vitalii Sychov. In 2021 I was granted as a Fiverr Pro Freelancer in the Google Ads category (Only 1% of the sellers make it to Pro).

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

I think the hardest thing is believing in yourself, especially when you are making mistakes, or when you are falling down, then you need to always find the power to stand up. I really like one sentence, Winston Churchill said: «Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I will give only one, and this will tell everything:

Just stop thinking, worrying, looking over your shoulder, wondering, doubting, fearing, hurting, hoping for some easy way out, struggling, grasping, confusing, itching, scratching, mumbling, bumbling, grumbling, humbling, stumbling, numbling, rambling, gambling, tumbling, scumbling, scrambling, hitching, hatching, bitching, moaning, groaning, honing, boning, horse-shitting, hair-splitting, nit-picking, piss-trickling, nose sticking, ass-gouging, eyeball-poking, finger-pointing, alleyway-sneaking, long waiting, small stepping, evil-eyeing, back-scratching, searching, perching, besmirching, grinding, grinding, grinding away at yourself. Stop it and just DO.
