What's your business, and who are your customers?

We own and operate a personal training studio that helps people of all backgrounds and fitness levels achieve sustainable results.

Tell us about yourself

We both come from an upbringing that was heavily involved in sports. Our experiences with physical fitness and activity have been life-changing, and we want to provide coaching to help anyone achieve their best self through exercise and healthy habits.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building our team has been very rewarding. It’s awesome to be able to help clients, but even cooler to be able to provide other professionals an opportunity to shine and make a living doing what we love.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Patience, it’s a hard journey, but it makes every milestone so much sweeter.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Know yourself - know what you’re good at and double down, but also work on your weaknesses and find/hire people to help you with them.
  2. Speed is King - don’t hesitate, make decisions and run with them. You will fail; everyone does. And since you’re going to mess up, just do it fast so you can learn the lesson and move on.
  3. Don’t Make It About You - Raving fans come from building great relationships and showing people you truly care about them. No one cares about what you know; they want to simply know that you care.

Starting our own business has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
