Empowering Families with Joy: Evermeal App's Mission to Solve Cooking and Nutrition Challenges and Achieve Health and Financial Goals through meal planning.
Tell us about yourself
After struggling to manage a busy schedule and accommodate dietary preferences for my family, I decided to create an innovative meal planning app that simplifies the process through personalized recipe recommendations, shoppable recipes, and grocery delivery. Our unique social component allows users to connect with friends and family, share recipes, and collaborate on meal plans in real-time.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
There's no greater reward than witnessing the profound value that our products and services bring to our cherished customers. Their unwavering support and endorsement are a testament to the trust they place in us, inspiring us to push boundaries, exceed expectations, and deliver exceptional experiences.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being a business owner comes with its fair share of challenges, and the mental load can be quite the rollercoaster ride! After countless conversations with fellow entrepreneurs, I often find myself feeling like a restless, energizer bunny. But hey, even our brains need a break from time to time, right? So instead of powering through relentlessly, I've learned the importance of intentionally slowing down and giving ourselves an easier day. It's incredible how this shift can actually unleash our creativity and bring a refreshing dose of inspiration. So, let's embrace the art of slowing down, taking a breather, and tapping into our well-rested brilliance. After all, the funniest and brightest ideas tend to strike when we least expect them!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Take Breaks Between Meetings: Let's face it, back-to-back meetings can turn our brains into mushy peas. So, why not sprinkle some mini-breaks in between? Use that time to do a little dance, catch up on cute cat videos, or just stare into space and contemplate life's mysteries. Trust me, those brief moments of pure randomness can work wonders for your productivity and sanity!
- Drink a Gallon of Water: Now, I'm not suggesting you turn into a human water fountain, but hydration is key, my friends! Keep a gallon-sized water bottle nearby and challenge yourself to guzzle it down throughout the day. Not only will you feel like a champion of hydration, but those frequent bathroom breaks will also give you a much-needed excuse to take a mini stroll and admire the office decor. Multitasking at its finest!
- Stretch and Walk Every Day: Time to unleash your inner yogi or break into some fabulous interpretive dance moves! Take a few minutes each day to stretch those limbs, wiggle those hips, and get that blood pumping. Bonus points if you can convince your coworkers to join in the silliness. And don't forget to incorporate some good ol' walking into your routine. Explore the office corridors, stroll around the block, or march in a place like you're leading a parade. It's all about keeping those muscles limber and those spirits high!
