What's your business, and who are your customers?

Our hybrid world demands a new level of leadership. We partner with founders, co-founders, and visionary leaders to elevate their leadership skills and create the best possible business and overall life.

Tell us about yourself

I've always been a coach at heart. As my leadership experiences grew with large companies, startups, non-profits, and consulting firms, I was frequently told that I should become an executive coach! I listened to the feedback, studied coaching, and started working with clients as a side gig. Ultimately, I left my corporate job and became a full-time coach in 2018. I've created the greatest business for myself that I could imagine! Every day I get to be inspired by my clients who are growing their businesses and creating more fulfilling lives.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I helped a client triple the size of his business and created next-level goals that he wouldn't have considered before. I elevated the culture of a rapidly growing company and helped each person to gain emotional intelligence. I did this by facilitating DiSC assessments for each employee, followed by a series of workshops.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing administrative tasks like bookkeeping and computer maintenance.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Research the business you're considering creating by talking to other business owners, reading articles, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube videos.
  2. Start small. Create your business part-time to determine if you really enjoy the work. Often, the day-to-day reality is different than your expectations.
  3. Create a financial cushion before putting yourself in a position to support yourself full-time with your business.
