What's your business, and who are your customers?
I run a healthy lifestyle blog covering topics such as fitness, healthy recipes, self-care, and more. I also sell a Workout Log Book/Fitness Journal for women. My customers are women of any age who love or are interested in living a healthy and sustainable life!
Tell us about yourself
I have been in love with fitness since I was 10 years old. I could feel that it was a habit that would stick with me for the rest of my life because it made me feel physically and mentally like a superhero! I started my business to share my passion with other like-minded women and inspire women to take that step towards unconditional self-love and strength! That is mainly what motivates me every day to do what I do. I am here to share my stories and inspire the world!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating my very first physical product, my Workout Journal/Fitness Journal!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being a business owner means having to battle the voice of fear in your head almost on a daily basis. It’s also being able to pivot in times of transition, either in your business or your personal life.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a successful mindset.
- Do LOTS of research and preparation.
- Absolutely DO IT! You will grow as a person, and you will learn a lot!
