What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I help people who are suffering from anxiety. I help them by bringing their body back into balance with nutrition and holistic modalities.

Tell us about yourself

I started this Business because I, myself, have suffered from anxiety in my life which started in my teenage years and continued into adulthood. I know how it feels dealing with anxiety symptoms and how anxiety can debilitate someone's life. I didn't know where to go for help or what I could do to help myself. I want to help others reduce their anxiety symptoms and even help them to overcome anxiety as well.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of my biggest accomplishments as a business owner is identifying problems and being able to solve them.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Finding the right client that is a good fit to work with and dealing with the unknown. Every day there will be new challenges and obstacles to deal with. Business is never predictable no matter how prepared you are.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a plan on how to execute products or services, show that you are giving value to your customers/clients, and be real - show your genuine self.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

You are your own creator in life. Whatever you put into your life, you will get out.
