What's your business, and who are your customers?
We sell Aromatherapy Wellness Products from natural essential oils, lotions, soap, bath bombs, and over 80 natural Aromas to enhance moods and enrich lives. Women-owned and operated - 30 years in business. Founded the company in 1992 at a kiosk in Vancouver, Canada.

A passion for natural aromas and helping people enjoy their lives through wellness products and mood-enriching aromas.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Growing from a Kiosk and custom scenting unscented products, one customer at a time to over 500 different wellness products. Have repeat dedicated customers who come back over and over! Being able to make a living selling amazing natural, life-enriching products. Being able to raise three kids while overcoming the many challenges of owning and operating a business.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Managing changes in the world like COVID, shipping cost increases, staffing shortages, and limited time!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Watch your cash flow and understand the needs of your customers, figure out your business value proposition and then sell it.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Nothing is perfect, and perfection is a luxury...I am always surprised at how fast things change; just when you think there is stability...things change again, get used to being out of your comfort zone and learn to like it.
