What's your business, and who are your customers?
We build e-learning websites using Moodle. Our customers are from worldwide. They are mainly teachers from training centers, universities, and corporate trainers such as hospitals and core industries.
Tell us about yourself
I started as a junior developer in an e-learning company 10 years back. Then gathered experience and quit the job, and started freelancing. Then started a company with some intelligent partners.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I had a dream to create such an environment of work where everybody takes on some challenges with a symphony of enjoyment. I believe I have created such an environment. Apart from this, I pleased our clients in a good way. Most of them are long-term clients.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
It is financial issues along with some language barriers. Most people are very much technical sounds, but their communicative language is not so good. But today, we have learned a lot and achieved a lot to cross those barriers.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
