What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a hypnotist! I work with people looking to improve their lives!

Tell us about yourself

My story is kinda special. I was a struggling professional until COVID hit, and I had no choice but to find answers to the issues I was struggling with. Although I knew I needed help, I didn’t know who to go to or what would help. I had an addiction that was ruling over my life, I met with one of my mentors later on in my journey, and he relieved me of my addiction on a 45-minute zoom call. I knew as soon as it was lifted from me, I had to do this for other people, so in August 2020, I began learning from Dr. Jon Connelly, and he and many others have prepared me for what I do today. Now I help people with their traumas and addictions to become free and clear of them.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

So far, my biggest accomplishment was releasing a man’s 20-year several times a day cocaine addiction! He has been free and clear (sober) for three months now after our meetings.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For me, so far, it is not being able to help as many as I would like.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be prepared (do your homework).
  2. Be willing to compromise.
  3. Find a mentor who has done what you plan on doing.
