What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Latin fusion with Puerto Rican, Mexican, and American cuisine. My customers are a range of people that loves tacos, lol.
Tell us about yourself
My father, who loved to do some BBQ, got me started on my business. My father meant the world to me; he showed me everything he could about cooking. So due to his passing, I decided to make the business after him. What motivates me to cook is my wife, kids, and father.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To finally see my business come to life, something like this is usually a dream.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Trying to reach out to people and get clients.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do your research, follow other people that influence you in your dream, and never give up.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
I thank everything in the world to my wife for believing in me. This business would have never happened without her.
