What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm a yoga therapist. I primarily work with women in recovery from addiction and trauma.

Tell us about yourself

I'm in recovery from addictions and trauma. Movement therapy has been such a liberating and transformational experience in my journey. Naturally, I want to share that with others and help them find freedom from suffering.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Earning a traveling trophy award. My business was recognized for making positive transformations in my community.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It's just me, and it can easily get out of balance!!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. It is an incredibly rewarding experience.

  3. Find a place to network that feels deeply aligned with you and build relationships.
