What's your business, and who are your customers?
Our business is a Clothing/Shoes/accessories (Hip Hop & Urban style) We have different products than other stores.
Tell us about yourself
We started a Hip Hop Boutique in 2000 with two brands Pelle Pelle and Triple Five Souls. A few years later, we had 48 Brands; my motivation is always my customers.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Is having customers for 22 years, they still come to the store and are respected.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Dealing with other companies and products.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Be patient, provide good customer service, and listen to your customer.
