What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help business owners leverage themselves to build TEAMS so they can work ON their business rather than IN their business.

Tell us about yourself

After spending time as an entrepreneur, it was on the 3rd business that I realized I had great integration skills I had acquired during my time in the military and law enforcement. Being in the Marines, then SWAT, Detective, and a handful of titles placing me on elite teams, I learned how to build teams and build them well.

This skill translated to record-breaking operations in any market I was a part of, and I just wanted to add value anywhere I could. So many "business owners" end up just being SELF-EMPLOYED and a slave to their now JOB. I wanted to help fix that and grow more servant leaders in the Kingdom.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The leaders I have had the privilege to develop and unlock.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Not having an ego and trusting your TEAM to do it without you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have a vision and a destination.
  2. Know your core values and make them nonnegotiable as you hire and fire.
  3. Manage your expectations. You can't duplicate yourself, so don't try.
