Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Egle Raadik, a serial entrepreneur, speaker, and an Amazon 7-figure private brands owner, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are holding together a strong community of Amazon business owners in North Europe and bringing them together once a year to an annual conference called Ambizion.

Business owners who come to meet each other are the 1% of Amazon business owners (and soon to be-s) - it's not just coming to hear a presentation and leaving back home. Around the conference, we have three days full of networking, socializing, and learning from each other.

Tell us about yourself

I am a serial entrepreneur owning multiple brands in Amazon, making multiple 7-figures annual revenues. Despite coming from a tiny village in a tiny country most people can't even find on a map (that is Estonia), my clients from Amazon are all over the globe.

My entrepreneurial story is full of learning experiences - the latest being on how to recover from a 150 000 USD monthly loss for almost half a year from a silly mistake in the Amazon database. I hold a Masters's degree and am co-parenting three kids. I also am a mentor at state-level programs and a public speaker at business events.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

It's not a single thing but rather a certain mindset. A mindset that every problem is actually a possibility in disguise led me to a rocky road of serial entrepreneurship, trying five different business ideas before I landed on Amazon. With all I had learned, I became an avid supporter of female entrepreneurship and e-commerce and hence co-organize an annual conference for 300 Amazon sellers in Estonia: www.ambizion.eu

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

That really must be that you're the end of the chain - there is no one behind you to pass on the problems, and you're taking the responsibility and the weight of the most difficult decisions that need to be made. Yet this is normal in entrepreneurship, and eventually, we get used to it ;)

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Absolutely to connect with like-minded people. Start a free mastermind if you can! Talking about your ideas, issues and situations naturally brings you closer to solutions - it almost feels like self-coaching, but it only takes place when we say things to people who resonate with the industry.
