What's your business, and who are your customers?

Eeze Natural Health is a women-owned health supplements company focused on the creation of all-natural health supplements. Our first product to market is Travel-eeze.

Travel-eeze is a Natural travel constipation relief, so you can go on the go. Our refreshing raspberry powder combines minerals and vitamins to support a healthier gut and help you stay regular. In 5 individual packets that travel with you. Gluten-free, non-GMO, no fillers or synthetics, no refined sugars, Paleo and Keto-friendly. I created Travel-eeze because it's the ONLY product that actually works to relieve constipation with ease and flow — no cramping, no runs, no urgency, and no dehydration.

Through a formula perfected over years that includes natural ingredients — flaxseed, vitamin C, magnesium, and cascara — we have created a safe, gentle, and natural alternative to harsh drugstore laxatives. Travel-eeze has since brought relief to everyone who has tried it, women and men alike. No more vacation constipation. My health journey led me here. And now I get to help you. My customers are women and men who have constipation issues while traveling for fun or on business trips. I created it for anyone who struggles with this issue.

Tell us about yourself

I was born in the heart of California's Central Valley, in Modesto. From the earliest days, I felt drawn to the great outdoors, and my first dream was to become a park ranger in the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. That dream led me to work within Yosemite's embrace, and those were some of the most cherished moments of my life. The memories of that time will forever hold a special place in my heart. Yet, life has its own way of guiding us. Along the way, I discovered a love for travel that grew stronger with each journey. This passion led me to become a flight attendant, a role that thrilled me as I soared through the skies, connecting with people from all walks of life. While the experience was undeniably exhilarating, the toll of frequent air travel on my health couldn't be ignored. The relentless shifts in cabin pressure and time zones began to take a serious toll on my body, particularly on my digestive system. The resulting constipation became a constant companion, and its impact on my well-being was undeniable.

With a heavy heart, I made the difficult decision to step away from my role as a flight attendant, prioritizing my health and taking time to restore my balance. This period of introspection and recovery ultimately led me to a new path within the family business, where I found fulfillment as a real estate agent. Guiding families toward their dreams of homeownership and generational wealth brought me immense joy. The concept of a sanctuary resonated deeply with me, and I reveled in being a part of that journey.

In this twist of fate, I realized that life had come full circle. My diverse career experiences, from flying the skies to facilitating real estate dreams, were deeply intertwined with my personal values. Just as I cared about the natural world and the impact of my choices on it, I cared about what I put into my body. This connection between personal health and the environment around us sparked a unique idea within me. Frustrated by the health challenges that had forced me to make career shifts, I took matters into my own hands. Through relentless research and countless iterations, I developed a supplement that would redefine my relationship with travel and health. Thus, Travel-eeze was born. The name encapsulated the transformation I experienced. Travel was no longer a burden but a source of joy and freedom. Travel-eeze's all-natural ingredients offered a safe solution to the digestive discomfort that had plagued me for years.

As I shared Travel-eeze with others, the positive impact it had on their lives reaffirmed my journey. Travel-eeze wasn't just a product; it was a solution that empowered people to embrace travel without fear. It was my way of helping others experience the world with the same excitement and wonder that I felt. And just as home represents safety and comfort, Travel-eeze became a bridge between health and exploration, allowing individuals to journey without hesitation. In this narrative of personal growth, health challenges, and entrepreneurial spirit, I discovered my true purpose—to create a positive change in the lives of those who, like me, yearned for both adventure and well-being. Through Travel-eeze, I'm not just offering relief; I'm offering the chance to savor life's most remarkable experiences without compromise.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

One of the biggest accomplishments is getting our first product, Travel-eeze, on the market. I am very proud to have launched eeze Natural Health this year after years of thinking about it, working on it, and now sharing it with the world. I'm very proud of launching eeze Natural Health. It comes with a lot of hard work and a ton of help. I have an amazing team and am very proud to be working alongside them all.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Decision-making is one of the hardest parts of running a business. Being an entrepreneur gives you a lot of freedom and the chance to make your own decisions, but it also comes with difficulties that can be hard on your emotions and mind. Here are some parts of this job that can be especially hard: Making decisions: As a business owner, you make the most important decisions. You have to make decisions that can have a big effect on the success or loss of your business. These decisions include things like setting prices, picking suppliers, and figuring out the business's overall direction. Sometimes, the weight of these choices can be too much to handle because there is usually no one else to share the responsibility with.

Most businesspeople put their own money into their businesses or borrow money to start and run them. This can be a huge financial risk, and the pressure to keep the business's finances stable can be upsetting. Downturns in the economy, unplanned expenses, or times of low income can all cause financial stress and uncertainty.

Even with these difficulties, being a business owner has many benefits, such as the pleasure of building something from scratch, the chance to make money, and the chance to make a difference in your community and industry. Even though the road may be hard, many entrepreneurs, including myself, find the trip to be very rewarding and well worth it.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

It can be hard to start, run, and grow a successful business, but it's definitely possible with the right attitude and approach. Here are the three most important tips for anyone who wants to start their own business:

Market research and putting the customer first:

Know Your Market: Before you start a business, you should do a lot of market research to learn about your target audience, your competitors, and the trends in your field. Find gaps or wants that aren't being met in the market that your business can fill well.

Focus on the customer: Make your customers the most important part of your business plan. Listen to what they have to say, figure out what hurts them, and try to go above and beyond what they expect. For long-term success, you need to build good relationships with your customers and give them a lot of value.

Ability to adapt: The work world is always changing. Keep your mind and heart open to change. Be ready to change your business model, goods, or services based on what the market says and how consumer tastes change.

Planning well and managing money well:

Business Plan: Make a detailed plan for your business that includes your goals, strategies, and cash forecasts. A well-thought-out plan will guide you and help you make smart choices.

Discipline with money: Take good care of your money. Keep an eye on your cash flow, your spending, and your expenses. Make sure you have some extra money in case something good or bad comes up out of the blue.

Invest in technology: Use technology to make your business run more smoothly, improve the customer experience, and give yourself a competitive boost. To improve your business processes, look into tools for automation, data analytics, and online marketing.

Put together a good team and network:

Hire carefully: Build a team with a wide range of skills and backgrounds. Hire people who share your goals and whose skills will match yours. A good team can help you get past problems and move your business forward.

Networking: Get to know people in your field and business community and keep in touch with them. Networking can lead to helpful relationships, chances to learn from more experienced people, and access to resources. Attend events in your field, join related groups, and use online networking tools.

Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest trends in your field and put money into your own personal and professional growth. Business environments change quickly, and keeping up-to-date will help you make good choices and come up with new ideas.

Along with these top three tips, it's important to develop traits like resilience, persistence, and a desire to learn from mistakes. Building a great business is often a journey with ups and downs, but with the right strategies and a commitment to excellence, you can get through the challenges and reach your business goals. Keep in mind that every business is different, so make sure to adapt these tips to your business and market.
