What's your business, and who are your customers?

I teach serious and stressed-out grown-ups to use a powerful tool to release stress and feel happier every day! I teach them to use intentional laughter for better health, both mental and physical.

Tell us about yourself

I was that person (serious and stressed out!) and started to practice laughter yoga after being in a car accident. I KNOW the positive effects of laughter on myself, my body, my mind, and my life. I want to share this gift with all!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Everything! I have published the first book in French on Laughter Yoga, have created the first APP to help people to use laughter yoga, am one of the 4 first Master Teachers in the world, and have trained hundreds of leaders and teachers. I have my own TV program... I am so proud of all my accomplishments!

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Working alone for a long time. The long hours, driving, and travelling to deliver my programs! I would add to that the uncertainty of our finances sometimes - taking risks to invest in myself.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Ask for people's advice - then make up YOUR mind, surround yourself with competent people, and don't hesitate to pay good money for those who are "soul coworkers," invest and then FOCUS! Don't get distracted by all the shiny objects!!
