What's your business, and who are your customers?

We help people looking to increase happiness and satisfaction with their lives. We use a variety of therapy techniques to increase the resilience of individuals and families.

Tell us about yourself

I have been in the business for over 20 years, helping underprivileged children to individuals in need. I get joy out of helping people live more fulfilled lives. We have an approach that we developed which is called blue printing. This takes best practices to help the client see progress and improve the impacts of therapy.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We opened during the pandemic, so having the business survive and thrive through that period was a big accomplishment. We hope we have helped the community through this tough period for mental health, especially teens and families.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Getting talented, qualified people is by far the hardest, especially after the pandemic. The second is dealing with insurance companies and their payment models.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Build a business plan.
  2. Keep it simple.
  3. Understand your customers and what they really need.
