We are Miami’s highest-rated Healthy Meal Prep Delivery Service & our clients are individuals that Live busy but healthy lifestyles who have no time to cook or clean and are tired of spending money on eating out and Uber eats.
Tell us about yourself
My name is Viviana. I’m known as V. For years, I’ve been preparing delicious and aesthetically pleasing dishes for friends and family while documenting the process on social media. After receiving hundreds if not thousands of encouraging messages from friends, family, and strangers, I decided to turn the food blog into what’s now today Eating by V. One of the biggest motivating factors is helping others achieve their weight loss & nutrition goals. We have now helped hundreds of clients Shred weight and get back on track.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have now easily served over six million meals in all of South Florida as well as become one of the highest and top-rated Meals Prep Delivery Services.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is definitely having to solve problems. In any business, you will face a multitude of problems. Keeping the right perspective and looking at your problems as opportunities will strengthen your business & boost your confidence as a business owner to keep moving forward.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
The first tip would be definitely doing your research on the type of business, writing a plan, and taking massive action.
