What's your business, and who are your customers?
We have an amazing retail business in Southern California. We have 7 locations: Encinitas, Carlsbad, Little Italy, Hillcrest, Palm Springs, Idyllwild, and Big Bear. Our customers are into the healthy lifestyle.
Tell us about yourself
I am passionate about healing with natural remedies. This is what my life is all about. I want to teach people about the amazing benefits of using holistic medicine. I believe the Earth provides everything you need to be happy and healthy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
We have been able to open many stores in California. We also have been able to develop a whole new division to our business, wholesale, where we sell our branded products to other retailers in the United States. We also employ many wonderful families and are a proud opportunity provider.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Making decisions that can potentially affect our employees. Making people happy and meeting people's expectations sometimes is difficult.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
You must have discipline, understand your why, and be committed to reaching your business goals. When you fail, you get up and continue going because failure is not an option.
