What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am Dustin Wilmes, and along with Juston "Ton" Cline, I host The Five Count radio show. Our show is broadcast on KMSU-Mankato and KMSK-Austin in Minnesota every Saturday from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. CT. In addition to our radio broadcast, you can also find us on all of your favorite podcast apps.

Dating back to June 2004, The Five Count features celebrity interviews, giveaways, performances from The Five Count House Band, and other nonsense.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The guests we've had on The Five Count and the content we provide on a consistent basis (nearly 20 years) can't be found on any other stations on any other dials in any other regions.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

It takes a lot of work and dedication. For every hour you hear on the air, there were several hours behind the scenes to make it happen.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Make a schedule and stick to it!
2. Don't be afraid to sound foolish and try new things!
3. Tonight is your night, bro!
