What's your business, and who are your customers?
We're an all-in-one party store; we offer candy,piñatas, and more. We are very proud to be a very diverse business. Moms, children, and adults. We also offer personalization to make your event more special.
Tell us about yourself
I worked in the corporate world for over 20yrs, and I need a change in my life. I always wanted to start a business but didn't know what until an opportunity came to me, and I took it and never looked back. What motivates me is the creativity my business brings me; I can create piñatas, create party balloons, and the satisfaction that I give my customers with my creations.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is staying at the float and surviving. Although we have gone through a lot of hardship, losing the business to a fire and even in the circumstances we are living at this moment. We were able to start all over. We are So grateful we have customers from all over that follow us and are happy with the service we provide them. We understand that we have to adapt to the new ways of doing business and running a business. It's always a learning process, and we have to keep educating ours selfs and never give up. I want to say thanks to all of our customers; we are still here, up and running our business.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The challenges of being a small business and competing with bigger companies. It takes more time for small businesses to be noticed. With the world changing so much, you need to learn how to adapt to the changes and new ways of doing business. Learning new ways to reach your customers and new customers
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
I would tell anyone who wants to start a business it's not impossible, don't be afraid it would only make you stronger be patient and overall educate yourself; it's a learning process. Always adapt to the changes and go with the flow because you never know where it will take your business.
