What's your business, and who are your customers?
Culture and organizational development. We walk alongside leaders and their people to develop a shared purpose and build a culture of collaboration so that they can achieve better results.
We work with organizations that want to want a healthy, high-performance culture. That is a culture that is achieving exceptional results and growing and developing people.
Tell us about yourself
I love people, and I am achievement-oriented. That means I want to accomplish a lot in and through people. I have always been fascinated by what makes people tick. I believe that many of our common beliefs about leadership are misguided. Tapping into what really motivates people is a game changer for everyone.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I am on my third successful business. What jazzes me most is helping others grow and scale their organizations.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
The gap between starting the business and when it truly becomes successful. It takes a lot of perseverance to push through those early days, not knowing whether or not it will work.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you are passionate about what you are doing.
- Understand your own unique value proposition and make sure you have a viable business model.
- Take a strategic approach.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
We work primarily with small to mid-size businesses in all kinds of industries. This gives us a broad perspective on key issues that affect most organizations.
