What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a health education and an e-commerce business that is dedicated to providing the world's best natural health education on a wide variety of health topics. Our customers are health-conscious individuals who want to reduce pain, improve their energy, sleep quality, fat burning, and more.

Tell us about yourself

As a doctor, I started creating online health content to help my patients navigate their health journey, and after a few years, it started taking off and eventually became a highly successful business of its own I sold my health clinic and went online full-time as a content creator.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Over 1 million monthly visitors to my website, over 100K downloads per month on my podcast, and over 360,000 active email subscribers.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It can be lonely, especially in the beginning, when you have to put in a tremendous amount of time and effort with very little payoff. The foundation you create in the beginning is extremely critical for future success...but you have to invest a lot of time, money, and energy, and at times it feels like you aren't making progress...at least not as quickly as you would like.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Find something you love that adds a lot of value to people's lives.
  2. Stay focused on your vision and work hard.
  3. Find ways you can feel like you are "winning" each day by accomplishing small goals that ultimately will help move the needle for your business.
