What's your business, and who are your customers?

I have been a sales organization business owner for 13 years but recently made the transition to a full-time consultant. My clients are businesses that want to launch a new sales division or overhaul an existing one. I specialize in sales programs and sales training.

Tell us about yourself

I want to create the opportunities I could not find at a young age to get into a good sales program. I also want to achieve freedom in all aspects of life for myself and the business owner I serve. That is my mission.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I used to manage 110 salespeople, and we peaked at 5 million in commissions in 1 year. Thirty-five million in commissions to date.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Financial Literacy, so many of us are starting from a place of need, so we don't educate ourselves early with entity structure, taxes, and budgets.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Take a course on accounting.
  2. Establish your Mission and Core Values.
  3. Focus on solving problems.
