Tell us about yourself
I started out as a teenager in a Radio Station as a Goffa (go for records, coffee, etc.) Within a couple of years, I moved 3000kms for my 1st job as a Radio announcer. After a decade or so in the Radio industry, I turned my hand to freelance Voice work to suit the flexibility of my life and hours.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having the freedom to stop and start work when I want and to choose what I want to work on.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Remembering that after 40 years in the industry, those things are still changing, and you must always adapt.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Consistency.
- Reliability.
- And high communication.
