What's your business, and who are your customers?
DJOSolutions is a Consulting Agency that focuses on bringing our client's dreams into the real world. Our customers are people with an idea/problem that can be solved or put into practice with technology and/or people that already have a project and need help maintaining or upgrading it.
Tell us about yourself
Software development and helping people are what I live for. However, I have always been independent or didn’t quite identify with other companies' policies. So I decided to start my own.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as an owner so far is being able to work inquiries from someone who reached out to the agency because a current client recommended us.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
There are a lot of hard things that come with being a business owner. It's hard to stay focused and motivated. It’s hard to accomplish other objectives outside of business, private or personal objectives. Time management is key here!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have a well-defined goal.
- Create a plan to achieve the goal.
- If something goes wrong, and trust me, it will never change the goal. Change the plan.
