What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am in the consulting field specializing in the self-storage industry as well as commercial real estate sales and development.

Tell us about yourself

I started in the storage industry in 1999 when I was given an opportunity by my father-in-law, and from there, various opportunities opened up from there.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

There have been many high moments over the years, but probably finding a way to come back from a tough time in business to where my primary business is thriving now when it looked bleak for a while, and I didn't even know how bleak it was.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

It can be lonely as finding other owners to relate to and working together can be tough. You are always on duty, and that comes with the responsibility.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Have a strong team around you, find something you are passionate about and don't be afraid to make mistakes because we learn from those more than we realize.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I have been blessed over the years, but without my family's support and staff around me, none of this would be possible.
