Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in health & wellness but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Jamie Wozny, Founder of Divinely Human, Inc., located in Los Angeles, CA, USA.
What's your business, and who are your customers?
My name is Jamie. I’m a seer of divine loving truth through the spirit of lightness and play. I serve to awaken lightworkers, divinely gifted souls, and healers to freely express their soul’s authentic truth in the world, which allows for a higher experience of life. All in the spirit of lightness and play.
I liberate and empower light workers, healers, and sensitive souls who are ready to be seen, to be heard, and to shine. I intuitively see the gifts they bring to the world and illuminate the path for them to stand proudly in their radiant light, actualize their soul gifts, and experience the full magnificence of who they truly are.
Tell us about yourself
At first, I was sick with all sorts of mystery symptoms. I was desperate for healing, so I found energy work, psychic work, emotional healing, nervous system healing, and so much more. What began as desperation evolved into a fascination and passion for sharing how much power we have within ourselves to heal ourselves and the world. What motivates me is my devotion to self-love.
The part of me that won't stop until my own beautiful needs, wants, and desires are met. The part of me that wants me to have the world, whatever my own version of "the world," is in that moment. Following the inner call of my own soul is the extra push of energy needed to live my soul's purpose without will or force.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I'd say there are many. Inner states such as resilience and courage. Things I'm proud of, externally, include 50,000 listens to certain meditations I've created. With the insight timer app, I am able to serve thousands of people.
I succeed in having private 1:1 clients in a way that is aligned with my heart and financially rewarding too. Serving really cool corporate clients each week or being influential in the world. I get to travel around the world and hold sacred spaces for retreats. My integrity with the divine flow
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Patience as you heal within and begin to let go of external ways that aren't in alignment with your new set point. That resolve to keep going. The commitment to your dreams no matter the thoughts that come up between you and it. Doing the inner work to let go of the energy between you and your truth.
Staying the course. Patience even when the external hasn't arrived yet. Allowing all the yucky feelings along for the ride with you instead of not moving forward because you want to avoid the inner pain. Diving in.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Ask yourself, what am I devoted to so you have a lighthouse? That is truth, love, and the soul path.
- Choose it wholeheartedly, not from your mind but from your heart. Don't time how long your creations take.
- Tune into your heart and ask, "What do I long for? Then inquire (journal) about what may be between you and it.
- So pray/intend for the healing solution to be sent to your awareness so that you align with your truth.
- Know these things are healable. You are gifted. You are important. Listen within. Align and follow.
