Hawaii Eco Divers is a Dive company located on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. We offer scuba diving tours and Certifications on the most pristine dive sites of Oahu. Our classes and tours are fully educational and we emphasize positive marine life interaction. Safety is the primary concern on all of our tours.
What's your background and motivation to get into the solopreneur life?
I love to teach people to connect spiritually with the ocean. Surfing and diving are my greatest passion, and I am fortunate to work with what I love.
As a business owner, what does success ultimately mean to you?
The biggest accomplishment for me is to see the smile on people’s faces when they overcome their fears and connect deeply with the ocean.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing that comes with being a business owner is that your business is your life. Everything that happens to my business I take it personally.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a business today?
Find what you love or something that can make a difference in people's lives and work harder than ever. Success is a consequence of passion and hard work.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?
Haha, surf every time the waves are good and rest.

Life is short so live it fully! Work with your heart and work hard!
