What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a successful business owner and entrepreneur who has dedicated my career to helping other leaders and entrepreneurs share their voices and solidify their position as the #1 go-to experts in their field. My clients are courageous individuals who are looking to make a positive impact in their communities and the world.

Tell us about yourself
My entrepreneurial journey began after experiencing social adversity when coming to America. However, it was the encouragement of my husband, Rizal, that led me to focus on something positive and start my own business. I found my true calling in entrepreneurship and have since been motivated by my family to achieve great things. My focus is on helping others, and I have created proven systems to help my clients achieve predictable results. I'm driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of those I serve, and I am committed to providing the highest quality of service.
My entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others have brought me many rewards. I've experienced the freedom that comes from running a successful business, and I'm able to spend more time with my family, doing the things I love. My passion and commitment to my work are evident in everything I do, and my clients can always count on me to provide the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
A true inspiration. My journey from social adversity to a successful entrepreneur is a testament to my strength, determination, and unwavering commitment to helping others. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I am an inspiring entrepreneur who has achieved many impressive accomplishments throughout my career. However, one of my biggest accomplishments is the publication of multiple bestselling books by my children Abrar who wrote "Trapped In A Snow Globe," and Nadrah who wrote, "The Girl Who Loves Ponies." Through these books, my children have been able to share their voices and inspire others, and I've helped them every step of the way.
As a 16x bestselling author with books such as Money Makers, Yes I Can!, and Women Who Lead, I continue to help other leaders solidify their position as the go-to experts in their respective fields. I am known for my proven tips on building authority and have been featured on Forbes for my insights.
Another major accomplishment is my role as a TEDx Curator for TEDxHuntingtonBeach. Through this platform, I've been able to provide my community with the opportunity to courageously share their voices and spread ideas that are worth sharing. This has been a true passion project for me, and I'm proud to have made a positive impact in my community.
Finally, my latest book project with Oprah on Heroes, Leaders, and Legends has received much attention and has been well received by readers. This project has given me the opportunity to collaborate with one of the most well-known and respected figures in the world, and it is a testament to my hard work, dedication, and impact as a thought leader.
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is my ability to help others reach their full potential. Through my work as a bestselling author, TEDx Curator, and collaborator with Oprah, I've inspired and empowered countless individuals to make a positive impact in the world.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
I have overcome many challenges throughout my career. However, there are still several difficulties that I face as a business owner. One of the hardest things is finding the right team members who are in alignment with my vision. I believe that the success of a business is largely dependent on the people who make it happen. As such, finding team members who share my values and beliefs is essential, but it can also be a challenging and time-consuming process.
Another difficulty is creating and honoring healthy boundaries, both professionally and personally. Balancing the demands of clients, family, and personal life can be a constant challenge for business owners, and it is important to establish clear boundaries and stick to them.
Finally, the uncertainty of how much money will be made in a given month is a constant challenge. The unpredictable nature of the business can be difficult to manage, but I have learned to surrender to the unknown and trust in my abilities as a business owner.
Being a business owner comes with its own set of challenges, but I have learned to embrace these difficulties as opportunities for growth and development. Through my hard work, determination, and commitment to excellence, I've become a successful, resilient, and inspiring business leader.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Starting, running, and growing a business is not easy. However, with the right mindset, commitment, and a mighty team, anyone can achieve success in the business world. Here are three tips for anyone who wants to start, run and grow a business:
- Master your own identity: You have to constantly grow yourself and be unapologetic about who you are. Knowing your values and beliefs is essential, as this will give you the courage to make the right decisions for your business.
- Be courageous and consistent in sharing your voice: Whether you're marketing your business, speaking at events, or interacting with clients, it's important to have the courage to share your voice and communicate your message clearly and consistently.
- Honor your agreements: Communication is key in business, especially when it comes to honoring your agreements. If you have a breakdown, it's important to communicate openly and honestly with your clients and partners. This will help to build trust and ensure that your business relationships are strong and sustainable.
Starting, running, and growing a business is a journey that requires hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
