What's your business, and who are your customers?

Since 2021, we have been creating, curating, and sharing free and transparent health, nutrition, movement, and longevity information. We launched a supplement line focused on health and longevity in 2022.

Tell us about yourself

I am motivated to be the best role model for my son that I can be. That starts with taking care of myself and my family so that we will be there for him.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is launching our supplement line.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Constantly innovating is the hardest thing for me as a business owner.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

The best time to start was yesterday, and the second best time is now.
Do something you enjoy and would do even if you weren't getting paid to do it.
Take risks that won't ruin you financially.
