What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are an executive coaching and consulting company specializing in changeability. We empower leaders, teams, and organizations to have the courage, confidence, and capability to navigate, lead and drive innovative change.
Tell us about yourself
I've always worked in the area of disruptions, from a corporate career in technology to a foundation as a behavioral change expert. Helping others to step into a new opportunity or to see what is possible and to achieve it lights me up every day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My clients' results are my hero stories. It would be easy to say the names of the companies who have hired me or the bestselling books I have authored. In truth, it is my client's results and the ROI they gain from our work together that are my biggest accomplishments.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Outreach marketing and finding the time dedicated to doing it. It has to be relevant and personalized to what is top of mind for that organization.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Research your potential client avatar and what are their top of today's problems.
- Only sell what will solve their problems and then some.
- Love your clients, make their jobs easier, and their lives easier, and free their minds to go onto bigger things.
