What's your business, and who are your customers?

We have been a Jewelry Store in Wickenburg for over 47 years. My father and I are known for their Custom White or Yellow gold Turquoise rings with or without diamonds. They can inlay those pieces with any stone such as Turquoise, Coral, White Buffalo, and so on. We are also known for their other pieces, including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and watchbands. I design beautiful pieces with you whether you want stone inlay or traditional settings. We also work with all the Native American Artists to bring their beautiful pieces into our store along with other southwest decor and traditional gemstone jewelry.

Tell us about yourself

My father opened the store over 47 years ago and taught me his craft before I went to school to learn even more. I want to create a beautiful piece for the customer that they can cherish for a lifetime! I want to create pieces that last and are made well and priced affordably!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I think maintaining my integrity and honesty with customers while also caring about every piece I work on, from a small chain repair to a custom engagement ring.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being able to get everything done quickly!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make sure you have a good bookkeeper and someone to help you with office things like filing, bills, and accounting. Do not tell anyone you are going to do something if you are not.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I make sure that anything my store sells or pieces I create are of the quality and standard that I would want in my own jewelry. If it is not good enough for me, then in my opinion, it is not good enough for my customers who keep me in business!
