What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are Travel Success Academy, where we teach new and experienced travel professionals how to scale their travel business with the proper systems and strategies.

Tell us about yourself

My name is Dacia Woods, CEO of Travel Success Academy. We started this business three years ago after starting our own travel business in 2015. We were still waiting for someone to help us in our company.

We wanted to make sure that when we were able to build a successful travel business, we would reach back and help those who needed us. Seeing travel agents utilize our tips and strategies to scale their businesses motivates me daily to cultivate this community for greatness.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

As a travel business owner, it is my greatest accomplishment to inspire others to continue to reach their goals.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

The most challenging thing about being a business owner is showing family and friends that entrepreneurship is not to be taken lightly. We work hard and support our communities just as much as the big box companies, if not more.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
