What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a women empowerment coach. I help ambitious women to fully step into their confidence and self-leadership. My customers are women who are done playing it small and are ready to become their most empowered and most confident selves.

Tell us about yourself

I was born and raised in beautiful Munich with my amazing eight siblings. There was always something going on at home. My family always believed in me, and I am really proud to say that I've built my business without any financial help from my family. Back then, I saw my paid full-time job as my Angel investor for my own business. It wasn't easy to build my business and still work for another company, but I freaking made it happen. I always had this dream, and I knew that I wouldn't stop to fulfill it. I always say: "As long as I don't stop, anything is possible!"

I truly believe that everyone deserves to wake up to a life that excites them. We are only living once; why the hell are we not all running like crazy toward our biggest dreams? We don't have to quit our job to find this fulfillment in our life. But I freaking refuse that we're postponing truly LIVING to the future. So many women out there are fading away in their jobs: Being their own greatest critics, only living for the weekend, and being keen on pleasing others. My soul's mission is to be here for these women and to show them that it doesn't have to stay like this. Seeing my coachees transforming their lives and starting to become their own greatest cheerleaders is the thing that keeps me pushing forwards. I can't think of a more fulfilling job for myself on this whole planet.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The accomplishment I am most proud of is the transformations of my coachees: Many coachees overcame their morning anxiety and panic attacks, notorious people-pleaser turning into "me pleasers." I've had business consultants on the verge of burnout who started living for themselves again (and who are ironically now more successful than ever). One woman said: "I've gone from the worst I've ever felt in my life to the happiest I've ever been." For me, these are the biggest accomplishments of a business owner.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Self-leadership: The balance between gently kicking yourself in the butt for doing everything in your power to achieve your goals AND being kind to yourself on the way. Or how I say it: Being your own greatest cheerleader

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Unlocking unshakeable self-trust: In my opinion, self-trust does not mean that you have to have all the solutions today; it doesn't mean: "I can do it all." But for me, it means having this deep trust in yourself, this knowing that whatever challenges might arise, you have it in you to find solutions THEN. Challenges and setbacks never mean "Game over," but they mean "Game on!"
Prioritize resting and recharging straight from the beginning. When I started my business, I said: "I am my own boss now; how about being the best possible boss ever?". You didn't start this journey just to end up with burnout.
Asking for help and investing in yourself to accelerate your growth: Since day 1, I have constantly been in coaching programs myself to learn from experts. It's so freeing to know that you don't have to do it by yourself but that you can be held and supported in this crazy journey of yours. As an entrepreneur, I focused on nailing confidence and self-leadership straight from the beginning.
