We curate best practices and resources into short, efficient web-based modules and personalized coaching to help people achieve their professional goals.
Tell us about yourself
We started the business about a year ago when we reflected on our careers and mistakes we made, and how much time we wasted on things we didn't value. We want to help others avoid our mistakes and learn to spend their time and professional development on things they value. The feeling we get when we help someone gain insight and have "ah ha" moments is so motivating. Being able to help clear the way so clients can be happy, successful, and balanced is what motivates us each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think the biggest accomplishment is that we are having fun and doing something we enjoy while building a brand and helping others at the same time.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Needing to spend time on the business aspects such as marketing and accounting. It's hard because it is out of my typical wheelhouse but also fun because I love to learn new things.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Give yourself grace-it takes time to build a business.
- Get help when you need it. You can't do it all alone.
- Choose a business you are passionate about.
