We are a Leadership and Executive Coaching Consulting company, and our customers are both public and private sector clients, from local government authorities to high-tech companies from International Healthcare and Security organizations to Pharmaceutical organizations.

I have always loved coaching and inspiring others to grow, and with CTG, I get to inspire development in people so that they grow each day - this inspires me and motivates me to work to the best of my ability.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Growing a team of 50+ brilliant coaches across the globe enables us to scale our programs fast and effectively for all our clients.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Remembering that success doesn't come overnight and is more often based on hard work and consistent successful client contract deliver.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
