What's your business, and who are your customers?

Crystals Dreams is a metaphysical store based in Montreal, Canada. We have clients from all around the world in our online stores. People who are interested in spirituality, crystals, energy, and vibration.

Tell us about yourself

I love helping people to connect with their intuition. Spirituality is a lifestyle to become the best version of oneself through mindfulness and connecting with nature.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We are happy that we opened three stores in Montreal. We also have a very large online presence through our social media and website. We also organized the metaphysical & spiritual trade shows that bring thousands of visitors to many cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Montreal.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a business owner is very rewarding but also very challenging. There's a lot of multi-tasking involved, and there are always high risks when you are an entrepreneur. It takes a certain type of mindset to be a business owner; you have to fully believe in your vision without any doubt that you will accomplish it.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

I would say find your passion and make it into a business. Loving what you do will give you the drive and motivation to keep going when things get hard. Also, don't forget to enjoy the process; success is not a destination but rather a journey.
