Tell us about yourself

I left the corporate world in 2003 to become an entrepreneur in the personal development industry. I learned how to take my personal passions and create a thriving business that brings great joy and fulfillment.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Doing what I did not know I could do. I never realized how successful I would become in a material sense, but the greatest accomplishment is who I became in the process.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being able to face challenges and setbacks as you grow and expand your business. It is so tempting to remain in the status quo. At first, there was a lot of resistance to growth, but now it feels that growth is the only path to take.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Hire a coach to help you with the personal growth aspect of running a business.
  2. Don't be afraid to invest in your business. If you play it safe, you will not see much progress.
  3. Don't let external results dictate what is possible. Use the setbacks and resistance as an opportunity to learn and grow.
