What's your business, and who are your customers?
Creative Jam is an energetic and talented creative design agency in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire specialising in graphic design, video production, and web design. We can help any company with all aspects of the creative design process. We thrive on consistently delivering powerful results for all our clients helping to build their brands, maintain their values and enhance their businesses. We are a friendly, positive team jam-packed full of passion, and we approach each project with an abundance of enthusiasm.
Tell us about yourself
I decided to form Creative Jam after my first child was born, partly because I needed to find a way to earn more money but mainly because I saw owning and running my own business as a way of making him proud of me. My aim was to create a marketing agency with a family feel so that clients would want to return time and time again.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment so far is gaining some huge global clients.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing is not knowing what the next month will bring. Some months you may worry about whether you'll hit the target; other months, you worry that there aren't enough hours in the day to complete every task.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Work hard, and don't be complacent.
- Treat all your clients and staff with respect.
- Try to surround yourself with people you enjoy working with.
