What's your organization, and who are your members?
We are on a mission to positively impact a billion lives across the globe. We work with nonprofits, charities, and other worthy causes and are making an impact through the Global Charity Summit in 2023.
Tell us about yourself
I started offering free coaching during the pandemic and offered my services on my website, and soon we had around 45 coaches from 12 countries who joined me to offer free relief services to the world.
What's your biggest accomplishment as an organization?
I set my mind to becoming a millionaire in my 20s and did it in approximately five or six years. Later on, in my life, I realized that there are things a lot more important than money.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being an organization?
You always have to be able to adapt to change and learn to see things through the eyes of a business strategist who can deliver new insights that only they can come up with. A good strategist on your team is like buying a special tool to do a job, and nobody else has access to that tool.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow an organization today?
- It’s gonna take work, and nothings gonna happen overnight.
- Learn to deliver value and build networking relationships that you can count on instead of going out to get whatever you’re trying to get.
