What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is making companies exciting, empowered, inspirational places to work. Culture is everything. Leadership is the touchstone of meaningful culture. My clients are worldwide organizations that want their companies to be best-in-class workplaces.
Tell us about yourself
I am a born leader. My passion has always been helping others be their best selves. I have a rare talent for understanding that all problems are opportunities.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I wrote an article and published it on Linkedin on March 29th, 2020, entitled "Battle Plan - How to assure your business survives the pandemic." The article went viral. Over the next two years, I helped save hundreds of businesses. From flower distributors in Kenya to accounting firms in Canada, I worked tirelessly to ensure that every person who asked for guidance received my very best.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Faith in what you are doing. Being an agent of change comes with a lot of anxiety. Believing in yourself and staying true to your mission is paramount to my success.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Focus on your plan. Stay the course. Play the long game.
