What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm Craige Hardel, a Mindset & Success Coach. I empower professionals and entrepreneurs to achieve sustainable growth & work-life balance so they can actually be fulfilled in order to reach their full potential. We're all flawed, and all have major setbacks, but it doesn't have to be that way...Decide to be different, and I'm determined to give you the help that you need one way or the other.
Tell us about yourself
My mission is to help 1 million people realize their dreams and reach their full potential - too many people die with their hopes and dreams inside of them, and I'm determined to put an end to that. Especially for those who were disadvantaged growing up, suffered trauma and dramatic setbacks, or have a limiting environment - my focus is to give you the road to strategically excel despite any of those setbacks or your current circumstances.
I'm motivated by seeing countless examples of people with so much talent fall by the wayside or never really try to get ahead and ultimately die unfulfilled. I want to put an end to that - and change a generation.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Dealing with the ebbs and flows of distraction (any form of media) and not getting too comfortable with your past wins.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Seek mentorship - too many shiny objects, fads, and distractions out there. Follow a tailored and proven path and be willing to invest upfront for that.
- Focus - stick to one thing and don't get too caught up in tactics - a winning strategy will always get you there.
- Start lean - Keep your business expenses to a minimum and count your time as one, too...that'll keep you focused on what's actually important.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
We all can succeed. Several have done it, and so can you, no matter how bad things may look. Put yourself out there, serve and be of help to others - and the solutions you desire will come your way.
