CPF Coaching is a security practitioner-led coaching business focused on helping professionals and leaders in the cybersecurity field maximize their potential and achieve their goals. We offer individual and group coaching sessions, as well as training and career consulting services, to help our clients navigate the ever-evolving and complex cybersecurity landscape. We leverage our experience, knowledge, and expertise to provide our clients with the guidance and support they need to succeed. We strive to empower our clients to become the cyber warriors they have the potential to be.

I am passionate about helping people become successful in the cybersecurity field and in their personal lives. I have a background in technology, but my focus is on developing people and processes to create resilient and secure systems. I strive to create a positive impact in the world by helping others reach their goals and make their dreams a reality.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My most impressive accomplishment as a business owner is the process of getting my venture off the ground and continually pushing forward. When it may seem easier to quit, it’s important to keep refining our techniques in order to reach our desired outcome. Balancing the demands of a lifestyle business and a professional career requires an efficient use of time in order to maximize productivity and maintain a healthy family life.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

For lifestyle business owners, one of the greatest challenges is striking a balance between family and professional responsibilities, finding the right customers, and giving them the necessary guidance. It's a tricky balance to maintain, but it's one that can be achieved with dedication and hard work.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

As a cybersecurity coach, it is essential to invest in your education and certifications to demonstrate your expertise and credibility to potential clients. Building relationships with other professionals in the industry, attending industry events, and joining relevant online groups can help expand your network and open doors for potential clients. Develop the unique coaching approach that sets you apart from the rest. Create a website and a social media presence to make it easy for potential clients to find you and learn more about your services. With the right resources and a professional approach, you can become a successful cybersecurity coach.
