What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Raising $3M for my first start-up, a streaming media business.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Isolation. It's lonely at the top!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- You need to own the mission-critical aspects of your business. If sales are mission-critical, you need to own sales. If the product is mission-critical, then you need to own the product. And so on.
- Build and maintain a network of smart people you can turn to for advice and support.
- Keep going.
