What's your business, and who are your customers?
Conway Consulting is an international sales and mindset mentorship company. We work with clients worldwide in high ticket sales, coaching, consulting, and online business to shift their thinking and beliefs towards prosperity. We achieve this through an intersection of powerful and rigorous mindset training alongside elite sales training. Our clients work in industries ranging from real estate, insurance, finance, wellness, etc. The common denominator of our clients is they all market and sell high ticket products and services. The One Sale A Day Club is our signature program that includes weekly group calls, training programs, and one-to-one mentorship with a dedicated Conway Consulting coach. The results of our program are phenomenal, with 4.5% of our client base crossing $100K+ monthly and 80% of clients experiencing an increase in their income from their time in the program. We attribute the results of our clients to a fundamental belief statement—You don't know what you want; you get what you are! This means if results are going to change, the person needs to change at a fundamental level, and that's what we strive for and achieve at Conway Consulting.

Hi, I'm Dave Conway, a 7-figure entrepreneur and the founder of Conway Consulting. I'm the creator of the One Sale A Day Club, Fusion Mastermind, and other elite programs achieving breakthrough results for my international client base. Currently, I contribute to Forbes as a member of the Coaches Council and was a top coach and mentor for the legendary speaker, author, and mentor, Bob Proctor at the Proctor Gallagher Institute. I'm known for my action-oriented approach to mindset and sales mentorship that helps my clients achieve their financial goals quickly, all while becoming world-class leaders. I credit my success to a genuine desire to empower people on how powerful they really are.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The biggest accomplishment I've experienced as a business owner has been the speed at which our company has grown. Within eight months of launching the One Sale A Day Club, our company achieved over $1,000,000 in cash sales into the business. This is a testament to the power of coaching and mentorship and the quality and drive of the people on my team. Currently, we are on pace to triple that figure after three years in business while maintaining exceptional results for our clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being comfortable with being uncomfortable. At every level of growth, there is uncertainty and questioning about the best way to grow and maintain the energy and intention of what makes the business what it is! The thing is, we will never have all the answers. So, the only way to move forward is with complete faith. Faith in an unseen power that will guide you, me, and us towards the best possible outcomes for our lives and business. In fact, our first and most important value at Conway Consulting is faith in the unseen. It's the value we always return to when we lack belief or doubt in our decision-making.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Skip low ticket offers and jump right into high ticket offers! Would you rather sell four $5K products or 200 $50 products? The answer is obvious, right! It's much easier to sell 4 of something versus 200, especially if you plan on bootstrapping the business. That means you earn money and reinvest it back into the business. We grew Conway Consulting to 7-figures in less than a year because we focused on high ticket offers.
- Master selling! High ticket offers mean you have to behave sales skills to move people into those offers. You need to know how to run a one-on-one sales presentation and move a client through a seamless experience from the first interaction to asking for the sale. Making sales and building cash up in the business brought us stability and the power to hire top talent to support our growth.
- Invest in a high-quality branding expert. When we re-branded our company and launched our public presence, we created an instant buzz with our warm market. It elevated the perception of our company in the eyes of our market. It was no longer just a side project; its presence reflected a powerful and growing business.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Perhaps the most important business-building tip is taking full control of your thinking. Everything you see around yourself is a result of your thinking. Your dreams won't happen without a solid growth and prosperity-focused mindset; your dreams just won't happen. And the best way to focus your mindset and thinking? GOALS! Always operate with a goal and give it everything you've got!
