I'm a nutritionist and registered dietitian who enjoys marketing communications to help people decide what's good to eat! I advise on matters where food policy, consumer trends, and public health meet, intersect, or collide -- strategies for effectively delivering accurate nutrition and technical food messaging.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

It's hard to choose just one!

  1. Co-authoring the country's first nationally promoted healthy soul food cookbook - The Black Family Dinner Quilt cookbook.
  2. Several years as a bylined and masthead contributing writer for the food industry's leading trade publication - Prepared Foods.
  3. Pioneering a series of webinars analyzing cross-sectional issues in food labeling compliance and successful product marketing
