What's your business, and who are your customers?
I am a fine artist, and I teach to inspire others to create. I sell art, show art, and teach art workshops. My customers are anyone who loves to create or is just starting out and need some instruction. People who are having a party can choose from art packages to get their group creating and finding the artist within.
Tell us about yourself
In 1996 I was dissatisfied with working a job - I heard someone say - "I can have fun with my natural talents and God-given abilities," So I took the plunge and decided to figure out what that was. The Word of God inspires me - He keeps me moving in the right direction and paves the way for my future.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being hired by major companies to graphic record their conventions and inspire their customers to get creative and live their dreams.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Organization and focus - taking one day at a time and keeping the faith that God does really have my back!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get a coach/accountability right away.
- Get into a solid networking group that you love.
- Take 30-60 mins before you do anything in the AM for yourself and your well-being.
